Production company WEMAD has partnered with LG U+ mobile tv to launch its new drama
(written by Lee Se-ryung, directed by Wang Hye-ryung), slated for release this June.
As an LG U+ mobile tv original, tells the story of Han Sun-ho, a romance novelist with 100% emotional sensitivity, and Yoon Bi-ah, the zero-emotion CEO of an AI matchmaking app called “It’s You.” The two meet through unexpected circumstances, slowly begin to understand each other, and ultimately discover a new kind of love.
Yeonwoo stars as Yoon Bi-ah, CEO of the generative-AI dating app It’s You.
Bi-ah suffers from a trauma that prevents her from being around others for more than an hour at a time. Living in a metaphorical “silent storm,” she teams up with her only close friend Jae-hee to develop the AI-based dating application. Though she appears cold and unshakeable on the outside, Bi-ah hides deep emotional scars beneath the surface.
Kim Hyun-jin plays Han Sun-ho, a bestselling romance author whose every release becomes an instant sell-out. Despite his warm demeanor and massive popularity—enough for books to secure pre-sales before release—Sun-ho also carries hidden wounds. As he faces the greatest crisis of his career, Bi-ah unexpectedly enters his life, bringing him into the It’s You project and triggering a profound personal transformation.
